We are pleased to announce that as of 4 May, Information Technology for Public Transport (ITxPT) has been officially incorporated by the Belgian Ministry of Justice as an AISBL (association internationale sans but lucratif, eng. international non-profit association) under Belgian law. As a part of the application, the ITxPT Interim Executive Board has set up ITxPT Statutes, which comprehensively describes bodies and rules of the Association. The Statutes are available for download here.
