On 9-12th June ITxPT was in Stockholm for the 2019 edition of the Global Public Transport Summit organized by UITP and local host SL. This edition hosted 474 Exhibitors from 46 countries, more than 2700 Attendees from 81 countries and about 15,000 visitors of the Exhibition.
ITxPT stand was located in the entrance hall together with UITP stand and it brought a lot of attention to it. As usual, a version of our test bench was displayed to explain what we do to potential future Members and meet with our existing ones. As the digitalization of public transport and the importance of open IT architectures are hot topics, numerous visitors stopped to request further information on our specifications and our scope. ITxPT had its Networking Event on Tuesday night which gathered around 150 people and allowed multiple interesting discussions around the Association.
49 ITxPT Members were exhibiting at the Summit and some of them were proudly displaying their affiliation thanks to our new communication kit. The time was convenient for them to come by and talk about the latest progress or news and to meet with our staff.
